Today i feel ive ate well.
Ive had 800 calories, 80% of it being fruit & veg. Ive done no exercise… But because of my intake, im not as bothered if i had went nuts with the calories.
I made a delicious minestrone soup of the nhs website and only 80calories per portion & it fills you up! Soup is my new superfood. I also bought a flask in asda today for £2.50! So i can take soup to uni/work.
I just need to find more yummy soup recipes.
